What prices do we charge?
At TimeKeeper, we now have 2 price plans Core (everything you need for time and attendance management) and Pro (everything in Core + job/project management). You can learn more about what is included in each, here.
Paying Monthly
Core:
£4 per employee per month (excl. vat)
€5 per employee per month (excl. vat)
Pro:
£6 per employee per month (excl. vat)
€7 per employee per month (excl. vat)
Paying Annually
Get 2 months free by opting for annual payment, along with a 2-month discount on any paid add-ons.
Core:
£39.96 per employee per month (excl. vat)
€49.92 per employee per month (excl. vat)
Pro:
£60 per employee per month (excl. vat)
€69.96 per employee per month (excl. vat)

How long are our contracts?
Currently, we offer monthly and annual subscriptions. You can upgrade or cancel your subscription at any time with no further obligation.
Are there any penalties for cancelling a subscription?
No, your subscription would just be cancelled at the end of that billing period e.g. at the end of the month and no extra charges will be required. You can manage your subscription within the Stripe Billing Portal from your TImeKeeper Account (Account > Billing > Manage my Subscription).
How can I pay for TimeKeeper?
Great news! If you're happy to proceed after your free trial, we accept the following payment methods:
- Any major debit or credit cards
- BACS direct debit, or SEPA direct debit if in EU zone
- On tax, for Irish customers 0% VAT is applied, provided you have supplied a vat number. Just update your subscription directly or reach out to support@timekeeper.co.uk with the relevant details and we can apply this for you.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We have a free 14 day trial with no credit card to anyone who wants to try TimeKeeper. You can sign up here.
