    TimeKeeper has an extensive set of rounding rules. By default, they are off in the system. They can be useful if you want to round time entries to the nearest X minutes, or exclude time worked before/after their scheduled hours. You may also use these settings to allow your employees a few minutes grace either side of clocking in or clocking out.     By default, employees have to clock in and out to have their time recorded in TimeKeeper. However, perhaps you don't want employees to have to clock in and out each day, but instead submit a manual timesheet at the end of the week. TimeKeeper also supports that!   • Setting up a Kiosk
    How to set up your kiosk (tablet) clock in station If you'd like multiple employees to clock in via one device, you'll need to set up Kiosk mode. First, you'll need to create a Kiosk Location that this device will be linked to. All clock ins via your Kiosk will be linked to that Location (as well as any nearby mobile clock ins, if you set a geoboundary around the address).     By default, TimeKeeper will automatically clock out any employees who have been clocked in for 24 hours. Their clock out time will be listed as 1 minute after their clock in time, and a discrepancy will be raised against this employees timesheet for you to investigate. If you'd like to, you can set up auto clock out rules which kick in sooner by heading to Account Settings.   • Adding Notes on Clock Out
    Employees have the option to add a note when clocking out, to let you know what they have been doing that day. This note will be attached to their time entry. You can also make it mandatory that employees must leave a note on clock out. You can view and edit notes from the Manage Employee Entries screen.   • Modify Clock Out Request in App
    To make a request to amend your clock out time, go to the services section of the app. Tap ‘Make a request’, select the date and then select the time entry you'd like to modify. You can then specify a new clock out time, and provide a reason for the change. Modify Clock Out requests can be approved or denied from the web portal by administrators.Few readers

    To make a request to add a new time entry, go to 'Make a request' in the services section of the app. Select the date, start time and end time for this time entry.     You now have the option to enable a Minimum Clock In Time in the global settings of your TimeKeeper account. Under Settings Clock Entry Settings, you can select 'Enforce Minimum Clock in Time'.
