Pop up with your query and a member of the team will get back to you asap!

Grant Support Access
You can now grant us permission to view your account, as you! This is read only access, but allows us to view details as you're seeing them to help troubleshoot and solve your query quickly and efficiently. Choose from 3 hour or 12 hour access, which can be revoked at any time. During an Access Session, only specific members of the team can access the one time link.

Support Call
You can schedule a Support call directly with a member of the Customer Success Team if you need a hand with more complex issues. Just head to the Support section of your TimeKeeper account > Book a Support Call and open the booking link to select a date and time that works for you!
