Add Ons
TimeKeeper offers some optional extra features that you can enable within your account. From an instant messaging tool to personalised company branding, there's plenty of options if you want to get the most out of TimeKeeper.
Instant Employee Messenger Add On
Employee messaging can be enabled under Account > Billing, Subscription Add Ons for £39 per month. You can also specify whether employees can message other employees, or whether employees can create group chats.
To send a message in the app, employees can tap on 'Chat' and tap the icon in the right hand corner. Employees can send GIFs by entering the slash key, and searching for the GIF using Giphy. Employees can respond to messages with reactions, or can reply to a message in a thread. Read receipts will indicate if a message has been read.
Employees who have permission can create group chats by tapping 'New Group Chat' and selecting the employees they'll like to add to the new group, as well as giving the group a name. The group creator is assigned as Moderator, so can delete messages, and remove participants from the chat.
Instant messaging can also be accessed from the TimeKeeper web portal. Employees who have permission can create new group chats, and moderators can delete messages or remove participants from the chat. Employees can view their messages in the web portal, and send responses or reactions.
Visitor Book Add On
If you often have visitors on your site, you may wish to enable the Visitor Book add on in your account. This allows visitors to log themselves in via the tablet kiosk, providing their details and selecting the person they are visiting. The person they are visiting will then receive an email notification, to let them know their visitor has arrived. They are also able to easily sign out at the end of their visit.
From the web portal, administrators can see a list of visitors who have signed in and out. Visitors will be added to roll call reports, if there is an emergency whilst they are on site.
To enable this feature on your account, go to Account > Billing, Subscription Add Ons, in the web portal. The Visitor Book add on is £29 per month.
Personalised Branding Add On
If you’d like to add your own branding to your TimeKeeper web portal and app, you can choose to personalise your account.
Just go to Account > Billing, Subscription Add Ons, to activate the personalised branding option. You can then add your brand colours and logo, which will be applied across the web portal. Your brand logo will also be visible on the keypad of your kiosks, and the Home Screen of the mobile app.
Personalised branding is available for an additional £19 per month.
Auditing Add On
TimeKeeper now has an optional auditing add on for customers who need increased visibility, trail and details of actions performed on their account.
There are a number of benefits to the Auditing Add On.
Deep dive into actions on your account
In larger organisations with multiple management layers, it can be difficult to surface who changed a time entry or deleted an employee. The auditing trail will allow you to see who did what, when and from what IP address.
So this can be useful for things such as:
- What was the previous time entry start time before it was changed
- Who deleted the leave for a given employee
- When did the visitor book add on get added to my account
- Search actions performed by a given user or on a given employee
Increased Audit Data Log Retention
Customers with the auditing add on benefit from increased audit log retention versus those without. TimeKeeper will retain 3 months worth of audit log data access for auditing customers versus 2 weeks for others. This allows you to investigate possible incidents on your account for a longer period of time. Due to this, there is quite a lot of data being stored on an account basis so this is a paid add on.
To enable this feature on your account, go to Account > Billing, Subscription Add Ons in the web portal. The Auditing add on is £99 per month.
Working Time Regulation Add On
This add-on helps ensure compliance with Working Time Regulations by enabling you to set and monitor maximum average working hours over specified periods. If these averages are exceeded, you will receive and be able to view alerts on the relevant dashboard. Employees can also be 'opted out' of the Working Time Regulation should they choose. The Working Time Regulation add on can be enabled under Account > Billing, Subscription Add Ons for £19 per month.
