TimeKeeper - Part of Bright Software

We’re excited to share that TimeKeeper has joined Bright, a leading provider of payroll and accounting software solutions.

At TimeKeeper, our goal has always been to simplify the complexities around managing workforce time and attendance. This acquisition will allow us to deliver a comprehensive end-to-end solution, from the first clock-in to the final payslip.

Bright shares our passion for delivering exceptional software and customer service, so joining Bright marks a natural next step in our journey.

The integration between TimeKeeper and BrightPay will launch in summer 2025 and will allow users to capture employee hours via mobile apps, kiosk clock-ins, or facial recognition and feed them directly into payroll. This eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and ensures staff are paid correctly for all hours worked, including overtime.

You may be thinking ‘what does this mean for me?’ - and that’s a good question! So we’ve popped some common queries you may have about this exciting change below.

I’m a TimeKeeper customer, how does this affect me?

In short, it won’t! You’ll still get the same excellent service from your usual contacts at TimeKeeper, along with all the features and functions on the app.

I don't use BrightPay, can I still use TimeKeeper?

Yes! Any existing integrations will still be available in TimeKeeper.

Who and what will I pay?

Your billing agreement is with TimeKeeper (Artificial Dev Ltd), so it will still appear this way on any statements. Should this change down the line, we’ll give you a heads up! Pricing won't change due to the acquisition.

Will my data be safe?

Yes, data is still subject to the same privacy and protection by TimeKeeper. More on our privacy policy can be found here. Any changes will be communicated, but mostly administrative (names etc).

So, what does this mean?

Together with Bright, we’ll combine to create a more powerful, automated experience for our customers. There’s no obligation to use BrightPay as a TimeKeeper customer, and the same goes for BrightPay customers using TimeKeeper.
