Share Employee Documents
Adding an Employee Document
If you'd like to add a document to a specific Employee's profile (for example their contract) you can do so in their Employee profile by heading to the 'Documents' tab.
Viewing Employee Documents
Employees can view their documents in the 'Services' section of the app.
Employees who access the web portal can also view their documents on the Home screen.
Restricting Document Visibility
If you'd like to add an employee document to their profile but hide it from their view (so it can only be seen by managers and admins) click the eye symbol next to the document.
