Exclude Employee Break on a Certain Day

Within TimeKeeper, you can enable rules to automatically deduct Day Breaks or Flexi Breaks depending on the hours your employee is clocked in for.

However there are circumstances where on a certain day, an employee may work to a different time so some employee breaks might apply to only certain days.

If you want to exclude an employee break from a certain day, just click the day to exclude under the 'Don't Apply Break on These Days' header as shown below.

In this example, the break at 12:00PM for 1 hour will not be applied when employees work on a Saturday or Sunday.

This feature is accessible when setting up either an individual employee's working pattern, or a reusable working pattern.
