Import Jobs

Under Configure > Jobs, Admins now have the option to import jobs directly into TimeKeeper.


To get started, navigate to the Jobs section and click the ‘Import Jobs’ button located at the top right of the screen.




After clicking, you’ll be directed to a page where you can download an Example CSV template. This template outlines the required fields for entering your job information.




Once you’ve completed the Example CSV, simply click or drag the file into the upload area, as shown in the screenshot above.

he system will then perform a validation check and generate a Validation Report for you to download and review.





This report includes an ‘Error’ column that identifies which jobs are valid and which are invalid. You won’t be able to proceed with the import if there are any invalid jobs. You’ll need to fix these errors in your CSV file and re-upload it for validation.


When all jobs are valid, your screen will update to look like the screenshot shown below.



At this point, you can click the green ‘Import Jobs’ button to complete the import.

All imported jobs will then be available under Configure > Jobs.
