Introduction to Client Hub

TimeKeeper has introduced a new feature called the 'Client Hub’. By invite only from the main administrator, another individual can be given administrator access to your TimeKeeper company account. Similarly, if you manage multiple companies yourself, you can access all within your client hub single login.


This feature as been created to invite the likes of accountants, payroll providers, or technology consultants—to access your account.


The Client Hub can be found under your Account tab.




To invite someone, the main admin simply goes to the Client Hub, enters the email address of the person they want to invite, and clicks 'Send Invite.'



This invitation grants the Client Hub User administrative rights to your account. They will receive an email invite allowing them to set up their own login credentials.


Below is an example of the invite your Client Hub User will receive.


Once the invite is accepted, the user will be prompted to enter their name and create a password to access the portal.



Once all is complete, the Client Hub User will be able to log in using the email address which received the invite and the password they just created.


Note: The Client Hub is accessed via a different login screen to your typical/personal TimeKeeper account. Your client hub login credentials will not work at https://app.timekeeper.co.uk/ only here - https://app.timekeeper.co.uk/client-hub/login and vice versa. 





When signed in, the Client Hub User will have access to your account and can be connected to multiple company accounts if invited.


Note: Client Hub Users have full administrative permissions, except they cannot manage the Client Hub itself or change employee passwords or PINs. They do not appear in your Employee Directory and do not count towards your headcount. Here is a guide outlining our Permission Levels for further details.




Client Hub Users can choose to leave the Hub by disconnecting from your account, and as the main Admin, you have the ability to manage the Client Hub and revoke access for any users as needed.
