Managing Discrepancies

Discrepancies also show up on the home screen. Typically these are things to investigate, that have been highlighted by TimeKeeper.

These are typically events such as an employee has forgotten to clock out, and TimeKeeper has auto clocked them out. The administrator again can choose to ignore this discrepancy, or investigate the time entry in question.

It’s a good practice to keep on top of discrepancies as they highlight issues that may need to be addressed in your TimeKeeper account.
