7. Clocking in from Web

Another mechanism of clocking in is via a web browser. This is particularly useful for employees with a fixed workstation, such as those working from home or in the office. The ability to use the web portal for clock events can be toggled on or off for your employees.

When using the web browser, there are no photos taken or GPS location information stored.

Similarly to clocking in on mobile, the user simply selects a job if required, and clocks in.

When clocking out, the employee has the option of adding a note relating to that job which will subsequently appear on the web portal for future reference.
