# Setting Fire Marshals

You may need some employees to access a live report of who's clocked in on site, but don't wish to set them as a manager with access to timesheets or employee details. 

Setting an employee as a Fire Marshal will give them access to the live [Who's In report](https://help.timekeeper.co.uk/en/article/whos-in-d3inb7/), and the [Roll Call report](https://help.timekeeper.co.uk/en/article/roll-call-report-2bdpj1/). You can enable this under the 'Access & Permissions' tab of an employee's profile.
