What prices do we charge?

At TimeKeeper, we have a tiered pricing structure:

Paying Monthly
£4 +VAT per employee per month for employees 1-50
£3.60 +VAT per employee, per month for employees 51-250
£3.20 +VAT per employee, per month for employees 251+

Paying Annually
Save 10% by opting for annual payment, along with a 2-month discount on any paid add-ons.

How long are our contracts?

Currently, we offer monthly and annual subscriptions. You can upgrade or cancel your account at any time with no further obligation.

Are there any penalties for cancelling a subscription?

No, your subscription would just be cancelled at the end of that billing period e.g. at the end of the month and no extra charges will be required.

How can I pay for TimeKeeper?

You can pay using any major debit or credit card once you are happy to proceed after your free trial.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We have a free 14 day trial with no credit card to anyone who wants to try TimeKeeper.
